  • At the time of entry, a work permit is issued for a maximum of 3 years for intra-company transferees
    
    
  • For individuals who want to open an office or to be employed in a new office, the duration of work permit is 1 year
    
    
  • The total period of stay for a person employed in an executive or managerial capacity may not exceed 7 years (5 years for person employed in a position requiring specialized knowledge)
